The Second Amendment says that "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." This means that the right to keep and bear arms is one of the fundamental rights of the citizens of the United States. Before I share my thought on this Amendment I would want to bring out the perspective of the Founding Fathers who came up with this amendment
